Learn the foundations of dumpling making from scratch — from mixing and kneading fresh dough to rolling wrappers, preparing fillings, and mastering the art of pleating.
In this hands-on class, you'll learn 4 different folding styles and techniques while creating beautiful little pockets of love together.
After wrapping, we’ll cook and enjoy our creations family-style along with dishes personally prepared by Chef Britney Wang (Chef BaoBae).

Learn to make Chef BaoBae’s most requested specialty — Shanghainese Sheng Jian Bao, juicy pan-fried soup dumplings with crispy golden bottoms.
You'll learn the specialized process from dough to filling to pleating, along with techniques for achieving the signature contrast of thin tops, savory soup filling, and that crispy-crunchy bottom everyone fights over.
After cooking together, we'll enjoy our creations family-style along with dishes personally prepared by Chef Britney Wang.
