A 13-course journey curated and hosted by Chef BaoBae (Britney Wang), where every bite tells a story.
The menu begins with a small appetizer and then takes you through a series of handcrafted dumplings that highlight unique skins, fillings, sauces, and cooking techniques. From the delicate lobster soup dumpling to the sizzling sheng jian bao, indulgent mala cream dumpling, and the rich short rib chimichurri dumpling.
Enjoy the evening with wine 🍷 Each course explores the creativity and culture behind dumplings, finishing with a Chinese-inspired dessert to complete your culinary journey.
This is more than a tasting. It’s a dumpling love story — one that explores flavors, textures, and traditions in unexpected ways. Every course is designed to open your eyes (and taste buds) to what is, and what could be, a dumpling.
