We will be making these little pockets of love from scratch—

Take part in a hands-on dumpling-making activity - from making fresh dough, kneading, rolling, and mixing the filling. Take home your dumpling-making kit (for purchase: traditional dumpling rolling pin and bamboo spatula) to keep practicing.

How do you get soup into a dumplings? syringe? freezing the soup? In this class you will find out how and what makes the perfect traditional soup dumpling and how to cook them properly. We will then enjoy our delicious creations family style along with 2 other dishes that Chef Britney Wang

So be prepared to get stuffed! You and your friends attending can absolutely bring whatever beverage you think will go best with dumplings!
